Stylist and Smooth!

I had this on my registry and it was purchased for me by my mother in law, with much arguing prior as to why I didn't opt for a more recognized(by her) name. I liked the way it looked and knowing that I would be traveling to a bunch of appointments by myself, I liked the way it was easy to use solo. Now that I have it, have used it in many ways, I'm so happy this is the one I chose. It's a smooth ride for my little, allowing him to nap while the fat wheels handle all the bumps the city throws at it. The car seat and bassinet are cushioned so nicely that I never worry if he's comfortable. It's stylist and sleek so I finally feel like a "cool mom" but most importantly, it's safe and knowing it'll grow with my son gives me unbelievable peace of mind.

Worst purchase as a new mom

The biggest disappointment ever! This was my Mother's Day gift before my little one arrived. I was so excited and we splurged with the money we had saved up. Within 3 weeks the canopy on the car seat was completely broken. We tried to repair it but to no avail. The fabric is cheap and has a ton of holes. The base is total garbage and flops around no matter how much you tighten it. The stroller is the only part I like and even that is cumbersome. If there was a way to recoup even half of what we paid just so I can get something else that would be great.

Thank you for sharing this — after saving up, splurging, and receiving it as a Mother’s Day gift, you deserved a travel system that felt reliable and well‑made, not one that left you disappointed within weeks. A broken canopy, fabric developing holes, a base that won’t stay secure, and a stroller that feels cumbersome is absolutely not the experience we want for any family. We’d really like to review your full set and understand what happened. Please reach out to our Consumer Care Team at 1-800-544-1108 so we can go over support or replacement options.
