I purchased these earbuds to wear at work. JBL has an app where you can customize settings with the earbuds, which is great. You can turn on a setting within the app that lets you not only hear your media, but also external noise. The feature works great, I can hear everyone speak to me but also hear my music. The charge time is fast, and they stay charged for a very long time. The frequency range is also good, they do not get so loud that it hurts your ears, but they do get plenty loud enough. The only downside from this product was that it hurts my outer ear. That may be just an issue with my ears, but they get sore after wearing the earbuds for a couple hours. If they were made with a softer or more rubbery material, it would be better.

These are so much better than the cheap no-names that I've been using. People say the mic is clear on calls, and I like that they're not the rubber-ear-canal-plug style. Not totally sure I'd spend the $60-70 retail price, but they were on sale for around $20 on black Friday '25, which is a super deal for these.

Great product, minor issues

Fits amazing, doesnt fall out even when jogging, sprinting, or jumping. I think the sound is really good, I understand why people don't like that it doesn't get louder. Its loud enough to me, the whole point of this style of earbud to me is to still be able to hear the noises around you like others speaking to you. The ugliest thing about it is that over time the earbuds wont charge and stay on in the case. I usually put tape at the top when this happens to fix the issue. I've seen this on other earbuds from them too. Don't know why the clamp just isnt stronger in the first place.
