I'm not allowed to have a stove or air fryer where I live, so I have to cook everything in a microwave. I drain, rinse, and drain these peas again, then put them in a microwave bowl with a lid that has a vent and nuke them for 4 minutes. They come out nice and hot and very tasty every time. Sometimes I just put butter on them, but I have also melted some cheddar cheese on them or sprinkled garlic or onion powder on them. They taste good no matter what I do to them.

They are a healthy version of canned peas. A must for me. I am a repeat customer of this item. Huge plus is the low salt %26 sugar. Type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure. Salt %26 sugar are my enemies %26 seems to be infused into everything today. It can be a chore to find healthy products today. I WISH Walmart could provide a mixed vegetable %26 a carrot version that is "No Salt Added". I am buying everything in that category they offer.

Great Value No Salt Added Green Peas are really good. My husband and I are trying to cut back on our salt consumption. We don’t care for frozen ones. I saw the salt free at Walmart and decided to try them. We love them! They are kind of half way between canned and frozen as far as texture. They are not as mushy like canned, and not as firm as frozen. If you are thinking about cutting back on your salt intake, I definitely recommend this product.
