For outdoor use only, it is ideal for cleaning brick, wood, concrete and vinyl. To clean and/or remove mold and mildew stains, apply full strength with a plastic garden sprayer and wait 5-10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse off surface and surrounding area. Do not use on cedar or redwood that is less than 2 years old and avoid contact with metal surfaces, clothing, carpet, fabrics, floor coverings or vegetation. Product will not remove pigmented wood stains or sealers. Oxidation from sun and elements can cause permanent discoloration on outside surfaces. Test on an inconspicuous area before using. I recently have tried 3 different brands of outdoor cleaner for my algae issue on my vinyl siding and this is the only one that actually MELTED it. Some staining was left that I don't believe can be removed without scrubbing, but I am thrilled with this product. I know that my HOA won't issue me a warning this year, lol.

This is the home washing compound and best value for the money. I've tried some of the others and they're not very effective. This one you spray it on the instructions. Say leave it for 15 minutes. I think you should leave it for at least a half hour and then hose it down and it's all nice and clean.
