Compact and easy to use

I'm used to making my own bread but I'm really burnt out on keeping up with homemade sandwich bread. I hadn't used a bread machine since I was a kid. That old bread machine used to hop around the counter while kneading. It eventually hopped off the counter and tragically ended its bread making career. This was a much more pleasant experience. This machine is not only cute and compact, its very stable. I was able to make a delicious 2lb loaf of white bread. The crust was perfectly crisp/chewy while the middle was light and fluffy. The bread is still fresh and delicious the next day. This little guy is a keeper!

Pricey but Excellent Bread Machine

Years ago, I owned an Oster bread machine. It was a stout little trooper and I spent many days making delicious bread with it. Somewhere along the way I lost it, so I decided to purchase the Kitchen in the Box 2lb Bread Machine during Black Friday 2024. This review is probably somewhat premature because I haven't had a chance to explore all of the machine's features; however, I just finished my first loaf of homemade French bread. It was divine, and easy to do too. I simply added the ingredients for a 600g loaf of bread, hit the Start button, and three hours later - presto! I'm looking forward to making some more challenging baked goods in the future. But for now, I can say I'm pleased with the quality and performance of this machine.
