if you are looking for heavy bass, and looking into skullcandy, start and finish with these. i've bought other skullcandy crushers, these are the most durable, and the ear cushions last best on this version. if you dont want wear and tear quickly if any, choose this. also it doesnt rattle as much as other crushers that you can hear the plastic rattling.

I paid 119.06 for the Active 540. Owned for a month now and use every day. And I think these are great for exercising such as jogging, walking, even some gym machines. I've sweat in them yet they are easy to keep clean. The Bass can be crazy so you really don't always need the level past 25%. But it's fun to blast with the right music. Great with modern movies too. The sound these produce is excellent. You can hear music clearly. The battery life takes days to drain. Phone calls work just fine.
