At night sometimes I put them in the dryer to get them even warmer, when I take them out of the dryer she runs and gets into her bed so I can put it on her. The instructions say to hand wash and line dry. I just put them in the washer and dryer and they come out beautifully. I tried it out on my lap and was surprised how fast I could feel the warmth from them. I can see why she likes them.
