I picked up this Prima Della Medium Rare Roast Beef to make sandwiches at home, and I was really happy with it! The slices have a nice reddish-pink color in the middle, just like I expect from medium rare roast beef. The meat is tender, moist, and easy to bite through without being too chewy. It has a good beefy flavor without being overly salty or heavily seasoned. I made a sandwich with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on toasted bread, and it turned out delicious.
