Womens Tualamne Almond Toe Knee High Cowboy Boots

I wanted to love these so bad! However upon receiving and trying them on, my love of the picture and physically 'on' immediately changed to disappointment. These are SO huge I could stuff the neighborhood in them! The ankles Immediately fall and bunch down and there's no way to keep them up as the boots are very soft material. There's just no support and with the size of the ankles that's the absolute least they need. I will state the design is very attractive but with the sagging ankles, that's what my eyes focus on. Last thing I wanted to do is return these but there's no way I'm wearing these out in public.
