Love love love these shoes! So comfortable yet so elegant and easy to style with any kind of outfit. This is something I can wear daily with my casual outfits or dress it up with more outgoing outfits too. It works both ways! The shows are great quality. I love the design and the color, it goes with almost everything for fall and winter. I have worn it to both work and for casual outings. The heel height is perfect for everyday use and if your day involves a lot of walking around. The insole is comfortable and the design is easy to slide in and out of. The shoe came with extra insoles to add more cushion but I haven't had to use it.
