All these food/drink options I've been experimenting with, all for a one hour surgical procedure with a full week of liquids after...just to have a bit of variety with some nutrition, avoid dehydration, all that good stuff. Pleasantly surprised by these. In fact I just followed up with an order of the Breakfast Essentials with more protein %26 fiber.
