Bad service

Loved the ornaments but they were delivered in a bag and were cracked, broken or crushed. Returned to the store on December 21st today is January 16th and I still have not received my refund.

these are cute as shown but they are NOT unbreakable as advertised! The worst was they were shipped in a bag - not a box- and 3 of the 6 large balls were broken with the shards everywhere inside the bag. Same with the smaller balls...1/2 broken inside bag...crushed! Returnable but since i bought these after xmas on sale, it costs me more to return them and no guarantee it wont happen again! bad return policy for broken items!

Disappointed

Very disappointed. These were ornaments in a plastic container and they were mailed in an envelope. 2 of the ornaments were broken and many had the finish coming off of them from being tossed around with no protection.
