I love that it does not require it to be mounted with screws.. The tension works great! It is very secure. We love the way it closes the way it opens that it keeps our pets safe. Our dogs are smart and learned to open other gates this one they cannot open. We are very satisfied with this product. We purchased the extra wide extra tall as a barrier for our stairs and our hallway Yes we bought two. My husband and I give this product our recommendation .
