To tight, even in a bigger size

It's not the fabric or quality or price , it's the size, sizing. I'm normally a size L but I don't like fitted T-shirts so I ordered a size XXL and it is still extremely tight. Hard to pull on and off. I think the factory was being cheap when cutting the pattern.
