High Protein

Great source of Protein. I always have some on hand to help keep up my daily Protein. I've had two surgeries when I've used it instead of food because I was nauseated for several days after the surgery. It isn't a meal replacement but at least it did not make my stomach upset. Favorite flavors are Vanilla,Mocha,Lemon. They are high protein and low carb. They are not too sweet and no chalky taste

PROTEIN FOR DRINKING OR SNACKING

My father is a diabetic and doesn't get enough protein in his diet. I mix 1 ¼ cups cold Premier vanilla protein shake with ¾ cup heavy whipping cream and 1 box dry sugar-free pudding powder. Vanilla goes with just about any flavor and you can top with a little cool whip if you like. For 6 servings, each is 146 calories | 4.7g carbs | 5.2g protein ....He loves this and will grab a pudding cup to eat before bed or sometimes grab a couple of them as a meal.
