Bean Bag Chair, Neche Floor Sofa Couch Chair for Teen Adults, Soft Cozy Tatami, Fireside Reading Chair for Living Room Bedroom - Brown

Hello Annette! Thank you for sharing your feedback and acknowledging that the item feels nice and soft. We are sorry the cushions are not as thick as you expected. This sofa bed is vacuum-compressed for shipping, and prolonged compression can slow the foam rebound of the pillow. We suggest continuing to pat and air it out for more time to help the filling recover. If it still does not improve, please contact us via your order page, and we will look into viable solutions for you to enjoy better use. Thank you for your feedback, and hope it will get better over time.

Hello anonymous! We sincerely apologize that the item fails to meet your expectations in height and comfort. This product is shipped in compressed packaging. Please pat it thoroughly after unboxing and place it in a well‑ventilated area to rest. It will expand further over time. If you still have concerns after trying this method, please feel free to contact us through your order page. We will work to deliver a better experience for you. Thank you for your feedback.
