I love the elliptical. I use it every day. I would have given the product 5 stars, however, it was shipped to my house with a broken part. The elliptical works fine with the broken part, but I still want it replaced. I contacted the manufacturer via email, as the manual suggests, to request a replacement part 3 times. No response.
