Mens Slim Fit Cotton Stretch Chino Pants (3-Pack)

These are great 100% cotton dressy pants. At first, I was going to return them as the waste was like two sizes smaller; but these pants have a trick to them that is not mentioned anywhere on the label or the package or anywhere. If you take them off and hold them by the waste and pull the waste in separate directions, they open up. You will hear a sound. You can do this from four different places at the waste. So, the pants' fabric does not stretch but the waste does. Once you do this, they fit perfectly. The material is soft as it is 100% cotton. I will get them dry cleaned in lieu of running them in the washer and dryer. At around $16 per pair of pants, these are an exceptional value. They punch well over their noted price. They are true to size, but only after you manually stretch / pull the waste. Note that this does not happen when you wear them. What an amazing idea.
