Easy to set for Mac backup

The device was easy to set up, and understandable with only a modicum of computer knowledge. I mostly wanted a local back up for my Mac. It promptly connected and began the process with minimal input once I identified the MyCloud as my preferred backup device. Its been working fine for several weeks now. Overall, this is a much easier device to use than my old MyBookLive. The app seems very intuitive as well.

I upgraded my MyBookLive to the My Cloud EX2Ultra, everything went well from ordering to replacement, WD allowed me to get the new drive and move my data then send back the old drive after successfully copying/verifying the data transfer. Thank you WD! The only glitch was I initially wanted a 8TB Nas and it was unavailable then the price skyrocketed out of range. overall I am very happy with my 4TB Nas and appreciative of being able to transfer my data before sending back my old drive.

Setup was easy works well I have checked access a number of times from different places and not had any issues. Still getting things loaded up. Having 2 data ports to access my external hard drives from all of my devices is great! Having a backup to my backup is reassuring.
