Turtle Beach Stealth™ 700 Headset (Gen 3) Wireless Gaming Headset for PlayStation 4/5 & PC, White

I wear glasses and these are comfortable. The sound is nice, the audio settings are nice, the mic and Bluetooth are nice. The battery lasts a long time. I mean, what more can you ask for? Thank you Turtle Beach Team. Longtime fan of the brand here. And for good reason.

Love the headset but reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because a couple things 1 when I play sometimes laying on my bed my pillow or my hood on my hoodie will swipe the game volume button and change the volume without me touching it I suggest moving the wheels to either the front or top of the headset ear cups and the 2nd problem the more annoying one is the 2nd audio wheel the one made and set for mic monitoring should be set to game chat audio to adjust the audio of the peoples voices when I got it and used it for the first day it actually did do that but then a few hours ago from writing this it changed and now it only changes the mic monitoring please consider making a firmware update on the app or something to set the wheel as chat audio so I can adjust the volume of my friends talking weather I’m on game of Fortnite in lobby or in a PlayStation party or whatever it’s very upsetting that it worked for the first day as chat audio and then it magically changed and only would work as mic monitoring which honestly should just be a setting in the app not for the wheel and there is couple other thing but those are the big ones other then that it’s a very good headset and sounds great I love the customizable of the sound being able to focus on footsteps or whatever and the super human hearing mode is top tier it’s like I’m playing a whole different game when using it plus it makes things much quieter in my house when I’m gaming at night instead of the tv blasting gun shot sounds even when it’s low volume but please turtlebeach consider my suggestions at least change the button in the app with a possible firmware update or something cause the first day of owning it and it working like that was really top tier and now that it doesn’t do that it makes me upset not to return it cause it’s still super good and nice but it is frustrating that it was working how I explain for the wheel being chat audio and then magically changed and there is no setting for the wheel in the app to put it to chat audio please please update and possibly change design of headset with the wheels for future players out there that probably have the same problem when playing on a bed or with a hoodie or both thank you if you read this and consider my suggestion I will email this to support as well hope to see an update soon but don’t expect it :/
