Walmart delivered in an envelope - package crushed

This is a collectors item and Walmart delivered this in and mailer envelope, so the box came all crushed. Months to receive this and now this item is no longer available online or in store to replace. This isn't the first time this has happened ordering figures from Walmart. Had the same thing happen with a GI Joe Classified cardback Gung Ho as well.

Bad service, never receive order.

I ordered this back in Oct and set to get on Jan 17th, well order showed pending the whole time when I see people who ordered the first week in Jan to receive it a week later yet I ordered back in Oct. all customer service said is they can cancel my order for a refund. like really.

Don’t order online.

Same as everyone else - product was shipped in an envelope and arrived smashed. I was in the process of returning it when I saw that they are out of stock. I’ve only ever bought 2 things from Walmart online, and both experiences were the same - there will NOT be a 3rd time.
