Bought a month ago and just like my last Shark (that my kids broke not Shark's fault) it works perfectly! I've tried about 4 other brands in the last 9 months and I'm ashamed I just didnt stick to Shark from the get go! Vacuums smallest crumbs. Leaves no trail. Dont have to vaccum same area twice. Lightweight enough to carry but packs a punch. Love it!! Worth every penny!!

Excellent Replacement for a Dyson Hand-held

This Rocket replaced a Black & Decker 20V “Pivot” handheld cordless (BDH2000PL) which lasted only 26 months in light use. The Black & Decker replaced a Dyson handheld (refurbished) which lasted almost 36 months. The Rocket is quieter then both of the others. It seems to be as powerful, if not more so, but I have no way to quantify that. The Rocket is about as ergonomic as the Dyson to use with the short nozzle, much more so than the Black & Decker, which had a short nozzle, even with the extension pulled out. Also, the Black & Decker’s nozzle was wide, so it did not get in corners well. The only downside that is readily apparent with the Rocket is that it does not come with a charging cradle and Shark does not sell one as an accessory. I put a 25-lb. capacity utility hook in the closet near where I had mounted the other two vacuum’s charging cradles. I always put the chargers on a timer so they don’t charge while we are asleep (worse case scenario precaution).

Have had ours for about two weeks. Since we have 4 dogs was worried about the suction. Not an issue! Wonderful keeping up with the dog hair. Also being cordless my actual sweeping time was cut in half.. gets into places my Regular vacuum couldn’t..No cords to mess with. I do not write many reviews but a Truly love my cordless shark!!
