I love how you can wear in either ear. Comes with 2 devices. Easy to turn up or down the volume. Can't switch the noise cancellation or background noises, but they are comfortable and has many sizes to choose from for the ear. I'm a 1st time user. Doesn't make that high pitch squeal sound when volume is up. I got 2 different kinds, and 1 does that. I'm a janitor, so the device staying in and being comfortable is important along with the volume, so I can hear when they call me over the intercom
