Great sleep just need to balance the dose out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff really works great. It has awesome formula that has great benifets. I have been suffering from sleep issues for years, so i was not really having high hopes for this but they work amazing. At first they were strong so i took one it took about 30 ish mintues to set in and i could feel it help to relax me. I feel asleep good and stayed sleeping for a few hours. When i woke up i didnt have a headace or feeling like i had a hangover.They have no smell or taste i take them with water about 1 hour before bed and i read my book till i get real sleepy than off to dreamland. I am 115 pounds and 4"11 to help so the one worked great for me two was to strong.

Helps with sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do have trouble sleeping at night. I am a light sleeper so any noise will wake me up and then I can't fall back to sleep. This definitely helped with that but I do feel like I just took melatonin. I did still wake up kinda groggy which happens when I take melatonin. Overall this did help with sleep, I was just hoping I would wake up refreshed.
