Good ice maker for that crunchy texture!

Starts ice output in under 10 minutes, and it is the good, soft crunchy texture that it advertises. It makes a low but moderate amount of noise, nothing excessive in my opinion. You do have to pay attention to the process if you want to get ice to save for later use. The newly produced ice will clump together if you put it straight into the freezer, so what we do is spread it on a lid from a cake pan to solidify before transferring to the storage container. The water will need filled regularly as well, as would be expected if you want to make more than a small batch of ice. Overall it puts out a lot of ice in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the purchase.

Love everything about it!

I love everything about this ice maker it's small fits perfect on the counter without taking up much room were a family of 6 and it makes more than enough ice for us nice small soft nugget ice! I've seen people saying it was loud so I was worried about that but it's not loud at all.

It is far better than the ice machines that first came out. It makes more ice faster, and the cubes are better(not bullets). Still could be faster or make more at one time. For a party you would have to start building a supply days in advance. It wouldn't keep up with a family of any size, even if kept running all day. It is fine for a couple. It beats buying ice, anywhere. And has almost paid for itself. I love it. I can't drink water without ice. Makes drinking anything, not hot, much better. I expect to see these get better over time, but it works for me now. Love, Love, Love!
