Been wanting a hat like this again for years. Took a chance on this import, and very glad I did. Was afraid it would arrive a crumpled mess; not so bad! A little wrinkled but nothing a day or two of hanging, sitting flat, and gentle manipulation couldn't fix (consider that expected with purchase). Now, the hat itself is fantastic. Perfect fit, decent cloth band, very heavy and dense 'straw' material. Has light 'ribbon' inside to 'tighten' (not much) the inner band if you have a smaller head. Don't know how well it would work. Have received quite a few compliments from people walking by. I do wear hats well, admittedly, but this hat is really, really sharp looking. Definitely unisex, so don't hesitate if you think it looks too masculine. It gives off a fantastic summer vibe, and you can dress it up or keep it a little sporty. But either way it just looks chic and cool. Can't recommend it enough. I like to get little pretty pins to attach to the cloth band to give it a little extra sparkle or character. It's a great hat at an unbeatable price; highly, highly recommend.
