I absolutely love this scooter and I am so thankful I chose this one. It is perfect. I bought this because due to illness and need for knee surgery, it is very painful to walk and I am extremely slow. My family wanted to do a Christmas cruise on a large ship. Originally I thought I would go and just spend a majority of time in the room. I then decided to look at renting a scooter. After getting an estimate on renting for a $ day cruise I found this little scooter for a couple hundred more. Best decision I've made in a long time. It has lithium battery and is small enough that it can go on the ship. It turns and backs up easily. I live in a boxy 70s style home and I can navigate in house. lol no annoying back up beeps. It folds and goes back together in seconds. It is light. Even with all my medical issues I can move it around and put it together. My husband is able to lift it in and out. Mine came with 2 batteries so it is supposed to go 25 miles but I haven't tried yet. It does go fast but I love that there is a control that adjusts speed so don't have to worry about tightening and letting off hand controls. We did have a bit of difficulty putting together. We found a video on YouTube and that helped. It would be easy if we had to do it again. Mostly I think it was a case of not following directions and they were not real clear. If I had to do it again I would order the exact same scooter again hands down. It's light and easy to maneuver and for the price I really don't think could find a better value.
