Description misleading!

This is not triple roles, plus the package says 12 double rolls for 24 regular rolls. I received 12 regular rolls, so the package was even labeled wrong. the quality is okay....if you like little crumbs of toilet paper all over your floor. 12 crappy regular rolls of toilet paper for 5.00. Not worth it!.

I ordered Scott Comfort Plus Triple Rolls twice and received the wrong product both times (the lower-quality double rolls). At that point, this is no longer a simple mistake — it’s a repeated fulfillment issue. Despite the error happening twice, customer service offered no reasonable resolution other than requiring me to return 12 bulky packages to the store for a refund. The inconvenience caused by Walmart’s mistake was not acknowledged or accommodated in any way. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and customer care. I expected better.

I should have listened to the reviews!

I did NOT receive what I ordered! I ordered Triple rolls NOT Double rolls!!! The double rolls are smaller and thin. You are very wrong for this Wal-Mart! Who have the time or want to do the travel and standing in long lines to do the return. You still haven't gotten things right yet with all the complaints.
