Adults and children 12 years and over: Wet hair thoroughly. Apply shampoo, generously lather, rinse thoroughly. Repeat. Use every 3-4 days for up to 8 weeks or as directed by a doctor. Then use only as needed to control dandruff. Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor. Other information: Store between 35 degrees and 86 degrees F (2 degrees and 30 degrees C).Protect from light. This works for dandruff when nothing else does! Definitely worth the money. It soothes the itch and after one use, you will see a significant decrease in the flakes. It also does NOT have that medicine gross smell. It's a light scent and its more of a fresh showered smell. This is a must have!

Scalp Saver !

I thought I just had plain old really bad dandruff. I went through several shampoos. It only got worse and got to the point I hated washing my hair as my head would get very itchy after. White stuff would peel off in my nail. My scalp was bad. The weirdest things are not ok for me to use because of my blood pressure meds. So after some research I found I possibly had a yeasty scalp. One of the perks of perimenopause. I was told this shampoo was safe for me. After 3 washes I started to see/feel improvements. After 5 it was almost completely gone. By the end of the bottle, totally healed. I wash my hair first and let it sit on my scalp until my shower is done. About every other or 3rd day. No conditioner is needed and it leaves your hair smelling nice with a scent ok for either female or male. Pricey for shampoo but if your experiencing something alike this shampoo is worth it.
