REFUND NOW! Balled up cowboy hat!

I just received this hat. Finally. When I received it, I literally did not know what it was because it was in a small black bag. I opened the package and saw the color and immediately thought this can't be the hat. It was literally balled up in a ball and stuff in a bag. There's no way I'm gonna try to open it out or fix it orout or whatever to wear. I will be returning ASAP. This company needs to be shut down. Should be ashamed.

First of all the hat came very late and then when it came it was folded up in a little plastic bag. I don't care how inexpensive it was I sent it back for a refund. I need a 0 rating.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Sent hat in an invitation size envelope folded in a million pieces. Hat made out of felt so a lost cause. How disrespectful of my order. Never again.
