I had to force earring into old piercings so now I need to treat them like new piercings. I only had sterling silver studs, and my earlobes have been itching. It could be because they're healing, but I'm not sure if my studs had nickel, so I decided to get these hypoallergenic titanium studs. I think the flat backs will help too. They appear to be great quality and the Cubics are very sparkly. The earrings came pre-sterilized and each pair had their own individual sterile packaging. Two alcohol wipes were included. They came in a lovely leather like pouch. I'm super pleased!
