Very small size it's supposed to be 3X men's turns out it was fitting my wife and she wears a large women's. It also is not for cold weather as a thermal. It's more like for summertime wearing it to play volleyball. I do not recommend this product for the cold, I do recommend it for the summertime, very thin and not warm at all
