Culligan Easy-Change Under Sink Water Filtration System - Level 1 Filter

I just recently installed the US-EZ-1 under sink drinking water filter system. Comes mostly with everything you need (mostly). It is nice that Culigan made it so if you wanted to go up in filtration like the 3 or 4 filters later you can; so there was no need to purchase the more expensive set ups. My set up under the sink; all my copper piping is soldered so it is a little difficult to add in stuff or get rid of stuff if you are not a plumbing expert. To install this correctly and I believe that most new faucets have the compression/swivel fittings (3/8") you are going to need a special adapter that I found at Home Depot. Since the filter system uses a 1/4" OD plastic tubing, so the adapter for my set up needed to have a female 3/8" npt swivel connection to connect to my cold water shut off valve and then a 3/8" male compression fitting for my normal faucet cold water conn and then a 1/4" compression fitting for the 1/4" plastic tubing to the filter. you can find this adapter here http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1v/R-202257761/h_d2/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10053&langId=-1&keyword=048643927469&storeId=10051#.UIqbQ8W-igY or search for - Watts 3/8 in. x 3/8 in. x 1/4 in. Brass Compression Adapt-A-Valve So far no leaks and it works great, the EZ-1 filter gets rid of that nasty chlorine taste of town water, gives you a nice clean taste. Hopefully this system last a long time. Total installation took about 1 hour just because it is tough getting in under sinks (no space). You will need a knife to cut the tubing, a couple wrenches (one being channel locks, and the other being a monkey wrench or what have you), also a drill to mount the filter holder to the wall or cabinet.

Easy to install and good price. Can't say much on durability because I haven't owned it very long.
