Hide the ball, delay tactic to avoid returns.

I paid almost $900 for this RV door. via Walmart online. It arrived with a large hole in the box. The box was immediately opened and no noticeable damage was present. Once I had the fellow set to install the door several weeks later and the screen of the door was opened, the damage to the door was obvious. I tried to do a return/exchange on Walmart online and was advised I had to go through AP Products not Walmart. AP products advised because Walmart was a third party vendor, they would not handle the refund/exchange. I recontacted Walmart and they advised I was outside of my 30 day return window even though there online notice states it's 90 days. Customer Service is atrocious.
