I have a family of five, so keeping shoes and slippers organized by the front door can get out of control pretty quickly. I bought two of these Better Homes %26 Gardens shoe racks to keep by our front door, and overall I really love them. Definitely pay close attention to the dimensions before ordering because these racks are SMALL and very compact. In one of my photos you can see them next to a robot vacuum for size reference. They are much smaller than a traditional shoe rack, so don't expect something that will hold a huge number of shoes or accommodate a lot of bulky footwear. For me, the small size was actually a major benefit because I specifically wanted something that would take up barely any space by our front door. Having two gives our family enough room for the shoes and slippers we use most often without making the entryway feel cluttered. I also used contact paper on the wood to change the color so it would better match the rest of my home decor, and it turned out great. Overall, I would highly recommend these as long as you understand that they are intentionally very compact. If you have a small space and want simple, unobtrusive shoe storage, they're perfect.
