In this case, I have no experience with the manufacturer or Walmart per se. I very rarely use Walmart and certainly not for clothing. This jacket is at least two sizes too small. That would make it a medium at best. However, the XL tag is clearly stitched into the jacket. Which makes me think that this is an extra large jacket for a 10-year-old child. Don't contact me.
