A lot of foam pads are too soft and squish down almost flat over time. These seem to hold up pretty well though. I think they're two layers with memory foam on top and a more solid foam beneath so that they remain comfortable yet supportive. I'm not having any troubles with circulation while using these for long periods of time, so I can say they've found the right balance of comfort and support for me. I like that they included an extra little pad. It's a bit small, so its best purpose is for use with a keypad (such as an addon numpad) but in a pinch it might work as a backup for a mousepad or something else. I actually do use an addon numpad, so I'm really glad to have it as a great little bonus.

Perfect hand rest for anyone that uses a mouse and keyboard! My hands feel so much better at the end of the day!
