Elf Cosmetics are always my go-to brand. This brand is budget friendly but delivers high quality makeup products and more. I have probably bought this primer and I'm not even exaggerating more than 30 times it is the only primer that is smooth makes my skin feel soft doesn't make me break out. I have extremely acne prone and sensitive skin. I get breakouts constantly if I don't use the right products. Again elf is just always delivering that high quality on a budget friendly dollar.
