Materials could be better, but great pain relief

I really want to give this four stars because I was a bit disappointed by the materials used when I opened it up, but this does work very well (surprisingly) and my bottom doesn't hurt while I'm sitting anymore— at least not yet. It was all that was available but now that I'm working while sitting it's been a godsend for my tuchos.
