Vitamix Ascent A3300 Black Diamond Blender

This A3300 does everything I want and need, and expected it do. I've had three consecutive Vitamix blenders since the mid-1990's, including a commercial version first. This one is better than any of the others. One of the first recipes I made was the Garam Masala, which only makes a couple of ounces. I was expecting an abject failure because of the small quantity in the 64-oz low profile container, but I followed the instructions exactly and it turned out beautifully and tasted great. Another recipe at which the A3300 excelled was chopping cabbage for cole slaw. The pulse function on the A3300 is much better than any of the earlier versions I've had: it turned out a uniformly chopped product that was not too fine or too course. Smoothies turn out perfectly, as does soup. There are no programmed functions on it, but the recipe instructions provide details on how long to blend at various speeds, so who needs them! I love my A3300 and don't expect to ever be without a Vitamix blender.
