The longer you leave it on, the better it works, and the more you use it, the better the results. Lathers well, and very moisturizing, doesn't dry out your hair like some purple shampoos. I didn't have much hope for this, but WOW!!, this really Works!! I use a big handful (it's kind of runny) through Wet Hair in the shower (NOT washed!!) for 5 minutes, Rinse, then I Wash %26 Condition with Suave Bonding Shampoo and Conditioner (super cheap!!). Rinse %26 I Air Dry my long, going grey hair, spray some Shiny hair product, %26 OMG, My Hair Is Silky %26 Shiny!!! 5 Stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
