Learning and playing, what more can you ask for!

I bought this for a Christmas Gift although it is only is August. I try to start early for Christmas and right now is the perfect time. My grandson is 4yrs old and loves to learn how to build things. I also think this is an educational toy. It is teaching my grandson to follow steps to be able to put the lego set together. He counts out his peices and looks at the page to see what he needs and he then collects his parts and starts assembling them. I will be purchasing more lego sets and I believe they learn along with using their fine motor skills and when they are done they have proudly made something themselves with just a little help from Grandpa and Grandma.
