I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE MUFFS!!!! I can hear just fine and my ears and back of head are warm! The top of my head is not being squeezed to the point of a headache and my hair is not being messed up, YEAH! I have really short hair and all the style is on top! This was not given as a gift but it would be great for hiking, especially in the winter! It has lots of stretch so I feel it would fit most all sizes.
