understand that the shade is fabric and so it is rolled up in the box and then you assemble it. The lamp looks great! We were honestly surprised it would be this nice. The 3 temperature bulb works great so you can select the type of lighting for the situation or your preference. We replaced a light that was by a chair and this works great for reading or helping to light up the room. As said we were looking for something decent but pleasantly surprised how much we like this lamp.

They went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was exactly 100% right. We had a few problems after the lamp arrived, and after reaching out to their customer service dept, they were right on it, and sent us the replacement parts ASAP, and kept in constant contact to make sure everything was perfect and we were completely happy. The lamp is fantastic! Especially with the new remote, so we can adjust the brightness of the lamp as needed. We love the lamp, but Sunmory's outstanding customer service is the superstar!! They could teach a lot of other companies about customer service----. We will be a lifetime customer of Sunmory products for our home, with their great products and outstanding service!
