Exceeded my expectations!

During the initial delivery, I had a few parts that were damaged. Based on the cost of the murphy bed, I was a little upset and was on the verge of returning it through Walmart. However, I followed the steps and contacted AFI. They responded very quickly and sent out replacement parts quite quickly. Therefore, I decided to keep the bed and hope it held up. Fast forward almost a year and this bed has exceeded expectations and completed the look for our guest room. We have had kids and family members that have enjoyed sleeping on it during their visits and it has held up quite well. If we ever have any issues, I feel confident we could touch base with the company and get it resolved. So I would highly recommend to anyone on the fence and I feel comfortable looking at other products they offer too.
