Excellent eyeliner

I have tried lots of waterproof eyeliners and this is by far the best. It stays in place all day and has a soft easy glide-on texture which does not seem to dry up and make it hard to apply. It has a bullet tip so you can put on thick or thin - or both in one easy sweep.
