For $25 I didn't necessarily expect the strap to feel as premium as it does. Padding is nice and thick, high quality plastic(not thin), and attaches easily. Improves comfort tremendously. Can be fit onto a Quest 3, but you'll just need to drill a hole for the headphone jack.
