the hotter the water,the better it mixes. my wife uses/ drinks this frequently and states there is a lot of stirring to get it mixed. I am a vegetarian (36 years),not a vegan, so attempting to get a great intake of protein is difficult at times. this broth has 20 grams of protein plus all the bone benefits so I'm truly contemplating consuming this product. Humorously but fact- she gets gas from this product and it is not the fog you need to walk into as it is gut wrenching but the benefits derived are an incredible bang for the buck. 5 stars

I looked at many alternatives, decided on this product. It is unflavored, so it blends with just about anything easily. I think is a good protein supplement to start out with. There are so many flavored ones to choose from, but so far I think this is a solid option
