I'm so glad I didn't pay attention to the 2 customer reviews this product received giving it a one star review! I give it five stars! The built in DVD player works perfect. I hooked the tv up to an indoor antenna which I previously purchased from Walmart and I get over 40 channels and the picture is very clear. I love this tv. I didn't want another smart tv as I already have one. I wanted one with a built in DVD player and this tv fits the bill.

nice picture easy to use the sound is kind of "tinny" sounding they need 2 include screws for the back of the TV for the wall mount. it cost me me more to go %26 buy screws than wat it cost me to buy the 4 screws. a company your dize can surely afford to include screw options for the wall mounts. overall, I'm happy with this product.

After years of use each night DVD would not fully eject. I used a knife to help eject DVD. No big problem. I have another and should maybe buy another for a backup if this one lasts like the other. Might not be able to buy years from now. Years of viewing. Highly recommend for a 31" TV.
