I was skeptical when my husband suggested this model due to thinking it would work like other oven looking models. Pleasantly surprised! Much more convenient than my basket one, crisps up even better somehow. Has a much larger capacity due to the baskets and it's just switch the shelves instead of trying to reach in and flip. No more minor burns on my arm. The door is neat it opens like an oven but clicks closed. Like that you can see in. Stylish, matches my other stainless and black appliances as well.

Was on sale for black friday. Geat Purchase. The first thing I tried was rotisserie chicken with two garnish hens. It said 1 hour at 350. Had to add 30 more min. They came out great. If you do a whole chicken it will have to be smaller than normal due to small space. was not a pig deal for me... love this thing. then easy to clean with just warm wet kitchen cloth with alittle soap
